Allison's practice centers on corporate advice to businesses and commercial litigation. In her practice she assists clients on the organization and reorganization of corporate structures, employee classification, business disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. She negotiates and drafts contracts and advises clients on issues relating to governmental audits and investigations such as the Texas Workforce Commission, the Texas Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service.

Protecting clients with non-compete and confidentiality agreements, employment agreements, contractor agreements and severance agreements, is a part of Allison’s practice. She is a part of our team, who represents clients in matters involving breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, probate and trust administration.

Allison graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007, topping her highly competitive class in key subjects such as Torts, Legal Malpractice and Anatomy of a Trial. Allison was recognized by Judge Sam Medina for her excellence in trial advocacy, selected in her second year by the school’s Director of Health Law to be a Research Assistant and selected in her third year by the school's Employment Law Director to be a Research Assistant.

Allison holds an M.B.A. from Florida International University (2003) and was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key.

Allison graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002, where she was a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, Golden Key, and National Spanish Honor Society, and selected as a member of Mortarboard.

A third generation Dallas native, and fluent in Spanish, Allison sits on the Alumni Board Association of Greenhill School and co-chairs the Young Alumni Committee, is an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and an avid participant in other community activities and charitable organizations.
