A veteran of over 27 jury trials (only one loss), Harry is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law. He was Board Certified in the first year possible out of law school (1996).  He handles employment litigation/issues, including sexual harassment claims, discrimination suits, labor union contests, retaliation/wrongful discharge claims. He also advises management on all aspects of the employment relationship, including the drafting of policies. He has been successful in defending private companies from attacks by institutions like the Teamsters, the EEOC, and class action trial lawyers.

Harry also handles all types of commercial litigation, including trade secret misappropriation cases, fraud, fiduciary duties, breach of contract, confidentiality breaches, and related matters.

"I do not mind a fight," says Harry.  "I do mind losing."

Harry was Editor on the Law Review at Texas Tech University School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1991. He earned a full Regents Scholarship. He graduated from Abilene Christian University with a B.A. (cum laude) in 1988, as a National Merit Finalist Scholar. He was named the 1988 Scholar of the ACU Colleges of Liberal and Fine Arts. Harry began his career with Worsham, Forsythe & Wooldridge in Dallas, before being a named partner at Dodge, Anderson, Jones, P.C. Harry is admitted to all federal and state courts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court, and has represented clients in all these arenas, as well as the National Labor Relations Board, and the American Arbitration Association.

He has been an Advisory Board Member for the world-renowned Cooper Aerobics Center, run two sub-3:40 marathons, climbed 18,000 feet without oxygen, and been lucky enough to hole three aces. He has been active in the Dallas Law in Schools program, taught English to Bosnian refugees, and been pro bono counsel to Central Dallas Ministries, a program to educate and prepare the homeless for paid work.
